I am happy to read your post. you have good progress in every week and I wish you are happy and keep spirit to join online course.
procedure text is very good to be used in teaching. you can prepare all things you need then demonstrate it in front of your class. you can ask them in turn to demonstrate it after you.
Now please open your book page 48 and 49. it is dealing with procedure text. you may select three of them. please write on your blog then post it to my blog. for more detail you can go with the example.
